ALL ABOUT BOERIE
What is Boerie?
Originally boerie refers to a South African beef and pork sausage called Boerewors (farmers sausage) that you braai (bbq), grill or fry. The Boerewors belongs to South Africans like bangers and mash belong to the British. (In fact, boerewors goes beautifully with mash, just saying.)
This is where Boerie got its name.
Today, we don't only make mindblowing Boerewors, we also produce other delicious South African meats, like Biltong, Droewors and Kasegrillers.
